You are not allowed to use any smoke bombs, fire (e.g. sparklers), glitter or confetti, or anything similar to these things whilst working in the studio.

The common areas are not available for working in (i.e. you cannot conduct photography in the hallways, bathroom, staircases, etc.).

We allow refunds & reschedules up to 24 hours before your start time. All submissions & requests within 24 hours are non-refundable.

All set-up & tear down time for your booked time period is part of that period of time. We expect that the studio will be left as it was found.

No backdrop paper is allowed to be used that was not discussed prior to your booking.

When thinking about parking for your session, all spots designated for Architectural Antiques are available to you for your session. Of course other street parking is an option, too.

There is a restroom located a few doors down from the studio space.
